2.2Cloud Nine may collect photographs, video, audio, submitted files, design preferences, schedules, vendor information, venue information, and other content needed to quote or provide Services.
2.3The website may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral, cookie, page interaction, form submission, and analytics information.
2.4Payment processors collect payment card and bank information under their own terms. Cloud Nine does not require full payment card details in a service agreement.

3.1Cloud Nine may use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare Quotes, plan and provide Services, coordinate events and vendors, process payments, communicate with clients, maintain records, protect people and property, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with law, improve Services, measure website performance, and conduct marketing consistent with applicable choices.
3.2Cloud Nine may use images, video, names, likenesses, or Event details for marketing only under separate optional written consent when the Cloud Nine Terms of Service require that consent.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
4.1Cloud Nine shares personal information with third parties. Those third parties may include vendors, venues, planners, coordinators, photographers, videographers, rental providers, transportation providers, permit authorities, professional advisers, technology providers, hosting providers, payment processors, communications providers, marketing services, and analytics services.
4.2Cloud Nine shares information with a third party when needed to prepare or provide Services, process a transaction, operate or measure the website, communicate, prevent misuse, enforce an agreement, comply with law, or complete another disclosed purpose.
4.3A venue or vendor may use information under its own privacy terms. Cloud Nine will limit the information it provides to what is reasonably needed for the purpose.
4.4Cloud Nine does not sell personal information for money. Cloud Nine may use marketing or analytics services that applicable state law treats as sharing for targeted advertising. A person may request to opt out of that sharing as stated in Section 8.
