The occasion and the date
A fortieth birthday on a Saturday in March reads very differently from a Tuesday product launch.
The place
Your home, a restaurant, a rooftop or a boat. If you have not chosen yet, tell us the area and we suggest places we know.
How many guests
We plan events for 10 to 200 people. The number decides the tables, the flowers and the size of our team.
A budget range
We design to the number you give us, so the first quote is one you can say yes to.
You host, we handle the rest
Planning and design are two different jobs, and we do both. The designer decides how the room looks. The planner books the vendors and runs the timeline. For most private events you will talk to one coordinator who does both with our team behind them.
We work across Florida, from Key West to Tampa, at the same prices as in Miami. Our certificate of insurance goes to your venue on request, at least 5 business days before the event. Payment is by Zelle, Venmo, major credit cards or bank transfer.
What an event costs
Every event is quoted on its own: guest count, place and design. You get an itemised quote by email with delivery, setup and takedown in it.

How do we pay?
A 50% deposit holds the date and the team, and the balance is due before the event. For short notice we take the full amount. Zelle, Venmo, major credit cards and bank transfers.
Do you travel outside Miami?
Yes. We plan events across South and North Florida, from Key West to Tampa, and out of state on request.
Is a planner only for large events?
No. We have planned events for as few as 10 guests and as many as 200.
What events do you plan?
Weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and quinceañeras. These are examples; on request, we can plan a custom event of virtually any type.
Is an event designer the same as a planner?
No. A designer designs and decorates the event. A planner chooses the vendors and runs the logistics, from the venue and caterer to lodging. We offer both, as separate services.
How is decor priced?
Every quote is in writing by email, itemized for each element, with delivery, setup and takedown included. We ask for your budget so the design fits it from the first draft.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully. We provide a certificate of insurance to you and your venue. Please request it at least 5 business days before the event.
