From first call to yes

Four steps. You only turn up for the last one.

  1. Consultation

    Tell us about the two of you, the date and the place you picture. We suggest setups and locations that suit the light and the season.

  2. Booking

    A 50% deposit reserves the date, the time and the team. For last-minute events we take the full amount before the day.

  3. Your details

    A short questionnaire sets the flowers, the music, the message and the timing. Before the day you receive the full plan.

  4. On the day of

    Setup takes one to three hours and is finished before you arrive. We break everything down after you leave.

Do you publish packages with starting prices?

Yes. Proposal setups start at $649, and the elopement page lists its experience and decor prices. We quote your date, place and guest count in writing before you pay.

What is the average cost of a proposal setup?

Proposal setups start at $649. The starting package includes decor, setup, breakdown and background music. Photography and sparkling wine are not included. Heart arches, yachts and other larger experiences cost more, and we confirm your complete price in writing before you pay.

What is included in the price?

The $649 starting proposal package includes decor, setup, breakdown and background music; photography and sparkling wine are not included. Larger proposal packages list their own inclusions. Setup happens before you arrive and we clear everything after you leave.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for peak season and popular dates. Proposals are usually booked at least two weeks ahead and elopements at least a month ahead, and we take last-minute requests whenever the team and the place are free.

Do you travel outside Miami?

Yes. We plan events across South and North Florida, from Key West to Tampa, and out of state on request.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather flexibility is written into the contract. We watch the forecast closely, stay in touch with you and adjust the time or move the date. If you cannot reschedule, we can sometimes set up indoors at your home or hotel.

What events do you plan?

Weddings, birthdays, baby and bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens and quinceañeras. These are examples; on request, we can plan a custom event of virtually any type.

Is a Saturday sunset on a public beach a good idea?

We usually talk couples out of it. The light is flat, the beach is full and strangers walk through the photos. Ask on a weekday, 20 to 40 minutes after sunset, and the same setup looks like the pictures on this page.

Can you set up a proposal inside a restaurant?

No. We cannot control the room, so we do not sell it.
